The intermediate care facility program servers over 100 000 individuals with intellectual disabilities and other related conditions.

Birchwood care center features residential long term nursing and respite care with a customized and individualized service approach for your loved one. We do this by offering a wide variety of wellness focused services and activities while empowering them to live as independently as possible. Birchwood living center is certified by the centers for medicare medicaid services cms. This option is for seniors who want to live as independently as possible but may need assistance with some of the activities of daily living such as laundry housekeeping bathing dressing transferring walking or medication management.
